	He is the founder partner of the firm having rich and varied experience of 34 years in the field of Audit and Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Financial and Management Consultancy and Corporate Laws. He specializes in financial & management consultancy and corporate taxation. He is expert in handling various assignments of industrial houses and listed companies. As a hobby, he writes articles and presentations on various alternative healing therapies, for the benefit of society at large, out of which few articles found place in The Chartered Accountant , a monthly Journal published by the ICAI.
